HealthView is No. 16 on Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces for 2026
Fortune and Great Place To Work ranked HealthView No. 16 of 100, up from No. 23 a year earlier. How the list is made, what our people said, and the habits behind the number.
Listen to this note
Fortune and Great Place To Work have named HealthView No. 16 on the 2026 list of the 100 Best Small Workplaces in America, up from No. 23 in 2025.16 It’s the second year in a row we’ve made the list, and the first time we’ve been this close to the top.
How the list is made
The ranking comes from the people who do the work. Great Place To Work surveys a company’s employees anonymously, and their answers decide where it lands.
The Best Small Workplaces list is open to companies certified by Great Place To Work that have 10 to 99 employees in the U.S.2 Each company is scored on 60 questions about what it’s like to work there.2 For 2026, Fortune and Great Place To Work analyzed feedback from more than 30,000 employees at eligible small companies.1
What our people said
98% of HealthView’s people say it’s a great place to work. At a typical U.S. company, that number is 57%.3
A few answers stand out, because they’re about the hardest things to fake. Every person surveyed said management is approachable and easy to talk to. Every person said they make a difference here, and every person said they’re proud to tell others they work here.3 98% said management keeps them informed about important changes, and 98% said management makes its expectations clear.3
The run behind it
The number didn’t come from one good year.
- 2025: No. 23 on Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces, with 95% of employees calling HealthView a great place to work.6
- 2025: No. 12 on Fortune’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Health Care.5
- 2026: No. 97 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, up from No. 2,495 the year before, and a Great Place To Work score of 98%.4
- 2026: No. 16 on Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces.1
When the Inc. 5000 ranking came out, our President and CEO, Steven Gonzalez, put the connection plainly: “Our growth isn’t happening in spite of how we treat our people.”4
The habits behind the number
We didn’t get here with perks. We wrote down how our best managers already worked and made it the way every team runs.
Every promise a manager makes to someone on their team is tracked until it’s kept. Every one-on-one starts with the manager already knowing what they promised last time and what their person needs now. Every team sets a few goals each quarter and checks in on them together. And Great Place To Work surveys everyone, anonymously, so we find out where we’re falling short.
Care work is physical work, so we also train for it together. Wellness First brings group workouts, step challenges and wellness workshops, on the clock.
Why it matters to the families we serve
The people who come to your door are the same people who answered this survey. A clinician who trusts their manager and knows their work matters has more to give at the bedside. That’s the whole reason we measure it.
Work with us
