The HealthView Way
Culture is the most important clinical variable.
Every one of us is a customer of aging, of health care and, one day, of death. Our industry has delivered all three the same way for as long as anyone can remember. We lead with culture instead, and we measure it in public.
Our mission
We stay.
For families. Through recovery, through illness, through goodbye and through the grief that follows, the same team stays with the same family. No handoffs to strangers. No starting over.
For our people. It points both ways. We stay with our people too, through the hard seasons, the growth and the life outside these walls. That’s why they stay, and it’s why families can feel it.
One more thing families should know: quality of life comes first for every patient, whatever their coverage. We hold to it from the day someone is admitted.
From our President and CEO
Why we run HealthView this way.
My grandma was very special to me, and she had a very unspecial death in a hospital. That’s when I knew this had to change. It’s why I’ve put everything I’m good at into the end of life, and I’m not stopping until it changes how we deliver that care.
Our values
Every value exists to serve those two words.
- 01
Kindness
First, because of what the end of life teaches. Whether there was kindness in the room is one of the only questions that lasts to the last day.
- 02
Unity
One team, one record, one plan around the patient, with their doctors inside it. When the care changes, the people who know your family stay.
- 03
Humility
Being invited into a home is a privilege. We listen first, and the people closest to the patient get heard first.
- 04
Patience
Care moves at the family’s pace. So does our growth. We’d rather grow at the speed of what we can keep.

Culture lives or dies at the manager level, so we wrote down what our best managers already do and built CultureAI inside HealthView to run those habits every day, for every manager, so nobody has to remember to do them. It lives where our people already work. Culture comes first and the AI comes second, and it isn’t for sale.
- A brief before every one-on-oneBefore a manager walks in, the coach lays out what they promised last time and what their person needs now.
- Promises keptAnything a manager commits to for a caregiver stays on the list until it’s done.
- Goals that keep movingEvery team carries a few goals each quarter. When one stalls, help shows up instead of a reminder.
- It works for you, not on youAnyone can ask it for help the way they’d ask a colleague. It’s built to back people up, never to watch them.
