Where the run started: our 2024 Great Place To Work Certification

In 2024, HealthView earned Great Place To Work Certification for the year running from July 2024 to July 2025. 95% of our people told Great Place To Work that HealthView is a great place to work. At a typical U.S. company, that number is 57%.^1,2

We didn’t know then that it was the start of a run. Looking back, it was.

How certification works

Great Place To Work doesn’t ask leadership how the company is doing. It asks the people who work there, anonymously, and their answers decide the result. Certification is also the door to Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces list, which is open only to certified companies.³

That’s why we take it seriously. A survey that lets every person answer without their name attached is the closest thing a company has to an honest mirror.

What came after

• 2025: No. 23 on Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces, with 95% of our people calling HealthView a great place to work.²
• 2025: No. 12 on Fortune’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Health Care.⁴
• 2026: No. 97 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, up from No. 2,495 the year before.⁵
• 2026: No. 16 on Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces, with 98% of our people calling HealthView a great place to work.^1,6

What it was built on

Nothing in that run came from a perk. It came from habits our best managers already had, written down so every team runs on them: promises to a caregiver tracked until they’re kept, one-on-ones that start with the manager already prepared, a few goals for every team every quarter, and an anonymous survey of everyone, every year, with the result published.

And because care work is physical work, Wellness First brings group workouts, step challenges and wellness workshops, on the clock.

Why we still measure it

The survey keeps us honest. A number we publish every year is a number we can’t quietly ignore, and we’d rather hear it from our own people than find out later.

In 2026, every person surveyed said management is approachable and easy to talk to, every person said they make a difference here, and every person said they’re proud to tell others they work here.¹
